A donation is a voluntary gift to Dorchester Round Table Charitable Trust Fund. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, making a donation does not buy goods, services, membership or a right to direct how the funds are used. Trustees apply funds in line with the charity's governing document and legal duties.
Online donations are completed through NatWest Payit. Its own terms, privacy information and technical requirements apply once you leave our website. We do not receive or store your payment card or online banking credentials.
We may refuse or return a donation where required by law, where a condition is unlawful or cannot be accepted, where the payment appears unauthorised or fraudulent, or where the trustees reasonably decide that doing so is in the charity's best interests and have the legal power to do so. Refund requests are considered individually and donations cannot usually be refunded simply because a donor changes their mind.
If an appeal cannot proceed or a donation cannot be used for a stated restricted purpose, we will deal with the funds in accordance with charity law and any information provided for that appeal.
